An association with strong values

The CLJT is an organisation with 100 employees, 12 establishments in Paris and the Hauts-de-Seine department, 1300 lodgings in residences - lodging or in flatshare, 750 social-education actions organised each year and above all, 1200 young people who find their first independent lodging. The start of a new adventure ...

Our residences, welcome essentially young un-married, men and women from 18 to 30, with modest incomes. They are:

  • young working people (whether or not in precarious situations, limited term, full-time, part-time employment, etc.);
  • young persons from the Ile-de-France region, living apart or young people from the provinces moving to the Paris region);
  • young people in training with diverse statuses (apprenticeship, sandwich education, insertion training, technical and professional education, etc.)
  • students,
  • in general, young persons who, on a provisional basis, cannot or do not want to move into permanent lodgings, either for economic reasons or for reasons of geographic mobility (interns in professional training, company support interns).

Priority access is reserved to candidatures presented by the Government, local communities or Action Logement, in the framework of rights of reservation which they possess.

Other conventions favour receiving young adults followed-up by the Children’s Aid services of the Ile-de-France Department Councils or by intermediate associations.

Our Student residences, of Vigie and Bures-sur-Yvette (opening in the summer of 2020) specifically receive students.
